Your data will be processed, after obtaining your consent, for the following purposes:

• Contact form: manage information requests through the NEALIS website.
• Selection processes: evaluate your candidacy as a job applicant.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal is not retroactive.

Legitimate interest

When necessary, your data will be processed to manage customer service and respond to requests, complaints, or claims, provided that your interests, rights, and freedoms do not override this processing. You may object to this processing for justifiable reasons; your objection will be weighed against the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

• Information that the interested party includes in their contact, suggestion or complaint.
• Information contained in the job application and Curriculum vitae.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The Data Controller may use service providers who access personal data to provide contracted services. These providers are selected according to strict data protection criteria, and appropriate agreements are signed, including suitable legal, technical, and organizational measures.

With your consent, your data may be communicated to other companies of the NEALIS Group ( www.nealis.com ) to manage your participation in selection processes.

Likewise, the Controller may disclose data when required by competent Public Authorities in the exercise of their functions and in accordance with applicable regulations.

How long will we keep your data?

The data will be kept until the purpose has been fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent. Afterwards, it will be blocked and made available to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or competent Public Administrations for the duration of the applicable statutes of limitations. Once these periods have expired, the data will be securely deleted.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making . If the basis for processing is consent, you can withdraw it at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

Personal data protection

When it is necessary for the User to register or provide personal data (e.g., request information, submit queries/complaints/applications for employment, send a resume), the collection and processing will be carried out in accordance with the LOPDGDD and the GDPR.

NEALIS is committed to processing personal data:

The data collected will be transferred to a file under the responsibility of NEALIS for the purpose of:

• To manage the relationship with Users and the provision of services offered through the Website (or those that the User has consulted/requested), and, in general, the management, development and fulfillment of the established relationship.
• Attend to potential job applications and manage selection processes.
• Answer questions and resolve doubts.
• Submit newsletter when the User has given their consent or has registered for a specific service (always with the option to unsubscribe in each shipment).

When personal data is collected via a form, the required fields will be mandatory . If you do not provide them, NEALIS will not be able to process your request.

By submitting the data and/or completing the form(s), the User authorizes the use of their email or telephone as means of communication and guarantees that the data provided is truthful, accurate, complete and up-to-date, expressly consenting to its use, processing and communication for the purposes stated.

If data of third parties is provided, the person providing it guarantees that they have informed them of the terms of this section.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), if the User does not wish to receive electronic commercial communications in the future or wishes to unsubscribe from the newsletter , they may request this by sending an email to rrhh_rgpd@nealis.com (each mailing will include the unsubscribe option).
